We are disrupting law firm marketing through our dynamic, innovative and passionate approach of providing software and services to empower thousands of lawyers to manage their websites and digital marketing.
If you have the motivation, commitment and creativity to contribute to our growth, then this is your next role. You will report directly to our CRO in our Tucson, AZ office, and work directly with sales, marketing, and customer-facing operations teams, as well as well as with the CEO.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Development Representative is a highly motivated professional driven to succeed and wishing to move forward into a career in sales. You will play a key role in nurturing leads from across the United States and Canada, as well as in cultivating new leads.
You’ll be required to become an expert in online legal marketing, stay ahead of the latest developments in the industry, and discover our ideal partners through qualifying opportunities in areas where prospect law firms are not getting optimal value from their current marketing providers.
Through research and qualifying conversations, you will acquire data about prospects and ensure that it is accurately entered into and maintained in our CRM.
You’ll be responsible for achieving or exceeding monthly expectations of qualified scheduled appointments.
This position involves a significant amount of warm calling (calling on leads that have sent signals of interest but have not affirmatively asked to be called) as well as cold calling. Therefore you’ll need to be comfortable with the work and challenges of an outbound model.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- BS or BA degree or equivalent.
- SaaS sales experience with SMB preferred.
- Ability to converse with and influence high level decision makers.
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills.
- CRM (Saleforce.com or Hubspot) experience a plus.
- Highly motivated, adaptable and able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Passionate, collaborative, and quick learner with a strong sense of urgency.
