Simply copy the embed code for the Practice Panther intake form you want to add to your LawLytics website.
Access the LawLytics integration menu…
… and select “Connect” under the PracticePanther feature.
Name your intake form and paste the embed code in the text box below.
You can then add your new PracticePanther intake form to any page on your website. Alternatively, you can have a new page automatically created for you.
Now you can have your new clients fill out their paperwork right on your website.
