An “easy keyword opportunity” can mean several different things:
It can relate to the current (and improved) state of search and how search engines now use keywords to determine the relevance of a page to a query (versus the era of keyword stuffing).
It can also relate to the opportunities that attorneys often miss as they relate to keywords and key phrases. Attorneys often focus on what they believe to be the most “popular” key terms rather than going after some less competitive (but significantly more specific and therefore more likely to convert) keywords and key phrases.
In another sense, an easy keyword opportunity can mean the places where it’s still useful to put keywords — places like URLs, title tags, and more.
