The novel coronavirus is having an impact on all businesses, including law firms, and the last thing you should have to worry about is your website. So I’d like to take a moment to share our planning with you.
As the market-leading law firm website platform, attorneys across the United States and Canada depend on us to keep their websites up and running. They also depend on our technical support and guidance. Despite the uncertainty of the pandemic, we expect to continue to deliver the high level of service and outstanding uptime that you have come to depend on. Here’s what we have in place to ensure your law firm’s success:
Availability of Our Teams
LawLytics has long had the ability to have our employees work from anywhere in the world. While on most days, most of us work together at LawLytics HQ, all of our employees are equipped to connect with each other and our customers in a secure and protected environment while working remotely. All of our remote systems have been well tested.
Today we initiated an optional work-from-home protocol, which means that all well employees can choose whether to work in the office or remotely. Should it be necessary to implement mandatory work-from-home, every LawLytics employee will be able to operate as if they are in the office. (In a future blog post I’ll explain the communication and collaboration systems that we use that make this possible, as I believe that many law firms would benefit from implementing similar systems.)
The one difference that you may notice when interacting with our support team over the phone is the occasional dog bark or doorbell ring.
Availability of the LawLytics Platform
Our platform is fully automated and in the cloud. We expect that the platform will continue to have the same rock-solid uptime and reliability as always. You can check for current and past incidences on our status page.
