Clio can be used on your regular web browser, or on your iPad or smartphone. The program integrates with many of the programs you may use already such as QuickBooks, Fastcase, Google, Outlook, and DropBox.

Law Firm Tool #2: Clio Grow

This service allows you to do things such as test that Google can access your law firm website content, see which sites are linking to your website, and monitor and resolve any malware/spam issues, among other features. You can also see which keyword queries your site is appearing for in search results.

Law Firm Tool #4: Google Analytics

Google Analytics is another service from Google that provides the ability to track information about your law firm website traffic.

With Google Analytics, you can track who’s visiting your site as well track as where visitors are coming from — including places such as organic search, social media, email, and more. You can also learn about user demographics such as the kinds of devices potential clients are using to visit your site, where they’re geographically located, and how much time they’re spending on your site.

You can also examine things like bounce rates and exit rates and learn more about your potential client’s journey as they visit your site to fine tune your marketing for better engagement.

A note about these Google tools: While neither Google Search Console nor Google Analytics are necessary for lawyers, LawLytics supports their use.

MailChimp is one of several marketing automation tools that natively integrates with LawLytics.
